Right to revoke your consent

If we process your personal data with your consent, you may revoke your consent at any time by sending a written request to our postal address or by e-mail to data@therme.sk. You may deactivate the receipt of marketing information also directly in such e-mail marketing information which contains an option to opt-out from receiving the information. The revocation of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on such consent prior to its revocation.

Right to access your personal data

You have the right to receive from our company upon request information as to what personal data we process about you, and to receive a copy of your personal data. However, this may not restrict the rights of third parties.

In extraordinary cases, such period may be extended by an additional two months, but we will definitely inform you of the reasons for such extension within one month from the receipt of the request. Information is provided free of charge. However, should your requests be inappropriate or frequently repeated, we may require an appropriate administrative fee for their processing.
