Royal Palace Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions*****
1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These general terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of the Royal Palace loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Programme") operated by Slovenské liečebné kúpele Turčianske Teplice, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "SLK TT") SNP 519, 039 12 Turčianske Teplice, Slovak Republic.
2.Establishment, progress and termination of membership in the Royal Palace Loyalty Programme*****
2.1 Membership in the Loyalty Programme is free of charge and voluntary.
2.2 Only a natural person over 18 years of age who duly registers in accordance with these terms and conditions may become a member of the Loyalty Programme. Legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs are excluded from the Loyalty Programme.
2.3 Registration for the Loyalty Programme can be made by registering online at https://royalpalace.therme.sk/vernostny-program/
By confirming the registration, the customer also agrees to the terms and conditions of this Loyalty Programme, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them in full to the extent and under the conditions set out in Article 3 of these Terms and Conditions. The information provided in the application form can be updated via the contacts listed HERE or directly after logging in to the loyalty program.
2.4 Membership shall commence upon completion of registration for the loyalty programme. The customer will be informed by SLK TT by email of the address provided by the customer when registering.
2.5 The Customer is entitled to register for the Loyalty Programme only once, in the event of an attempt to re-register, SLK TT shall be entitled to reject the Customer's application.
2.6. SLK TT reserves the right to refuse the Customer's registration in the event that the Customer's previous registration violated the provisions of thethese terms and conditions or has otherwise abused the membership for undue advantage to the detriment of SLK TT or other members of the Loyalty Programme.
2.7 Refusal to register will be notified to the Customer by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. In the event that the customer has not provided an e-mail address in the registration form, he/she will not be informed of this refusal in any way.
2.8. Membership in the Loyalty Programme may be terminated by the Customer at the Customer's own request, even without giving any reason, by written notice sent to Slovenské liečebné kúpele Turčianske Teplice, a.s. 2.10. SLK TT reserves the right to unilaterally cancel or suspend membership for the following reasons:

c) due to attempting to and/or creating duplicate logins
d) due to a material breach of these terms and conditions by the member, or due to fraud or attempted fraud on SLK TT or another member or person purchasing SLK TT products.
3. Royal Palace Loyalty Program*****
3.1. collection and crediting of points
a) The Client collects points for the purchase of products and services at selected Royal Palace outlets. The basic unit of calculation in the bonus program is the POINT, which the client receives for each euro spent (rounded down to the nearest whole EURO). In the context of special promotions, points may also be earned, to a pre-announced extent. The client does not earn points for payment: damages caused to the operator, payment of statutory and local charges and payment of cancellation fees.
b) The moment of crediting the points to the client's account is taken as: completion of the treatment stay, purchase of a treatment at the balneo-operation, purchase of goods in selected gastronomic establishments of the Royal Palace Hotel.
c) Points will be credited only for stays and services booked and paid directly by the client. Points will not be credited for stays and services booked and paid for through travel agencies, non-profit organisations, intermediary companies or employers.
3.2 Loyalty Programme Benefit Overviews
a) Based on the number of points earned, the client is classified into different levels of the loyalty programme
- Basic level: Awarded to all members at the beginning
- Bronze level: 1000-3999 points account balance
- Silver level: 4000-5499 points
- Gold level: Points account balance equal to or greater than 5500 points
b) Depending on the level at which the client is in the loyalty program, he/she is entitled to lump-sum benefits that can be redeemed during the self-pay stay and accommodation at the Royal Palace Hotel.An overview of these benefits can be found by each client after logging in to the loyalty program, and the client is obliged to declare his interest in using these benefits in advance when booking.
c) Members of the loyalty programme are provided with special promotions and discounts, an overview of which can be found after logging in to the loyalty programme. These discounts are provided for a consideration expressed in accumulated points + additional payment in EUR according to the current price list.
d) Each registered client is entitled to a loyalty discount on the price of the stay on repeated visits to the Royal Palace Hotel as follows:
- Basic level: 3%
- Bronze level: 5%
- Silver level: 8%
- Gold level: 10%
The loyalty discount cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated. Discount award applies exclusively to standard counter stays for self-payers.
3.3 Redeeming points
a) The benefits mentioned in paragraph 3.2. b) are claimed by the client in advance when booking the stay. The client is obliged to declare his/her interest in using these benefits when booking the stay online or by phone.
b) In order to take advantage of the discount for a consideration expressed in points, the client is obliged to declare the claim for such discount before taking it.
c) The moment of deduction of points in case of purchase of discounted goods or services for a consideration expressed in accumulated points + additional payment in EUR according to the current price list is taken:
the application of the discount when booking online or issuing an advance invoice
d) In the event of insufficient points in his/her account at the moment of deduction of the points, the client is obliged to make up the financial difference up to the price of the same un-discounted good or service.
3.4 Expiry of points
a) Points accumulated in the current calendar year are valid until the end of the following year
4. Personal data and data protection
4.1 When processing Clients' personal data, SLK TT is governed by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and related regulations. Information on the processing of personal data is stored at www.therme.sk and is also available at SLK TT client offices.
4.2 By confirming the application form, the Client gives consent to the processing of his/her personal data to the extent and under the conditions set out in Art. 3 of these Terms and Conditions and declares that he/she has been provided with information about the processing of his/her personal data, his/her rights and their exercise.
5. General provisions of the Royal Palace Loyalty Programme*****
5.1 SLK TT and the members of the loyalty programme shall communicate with each other mainly by the following means, which are equivalent to each other: telephone call, e-mail, conventional mail, website https://royalpalace.therme.sk/.
5.2 SLK TT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time without giving any reason, even without prior notice. However, SLK TT undertakes to inform its customers and members of such suspension or termination of the Loyalty Programme on the website https://royalpalace.therme.sk/.
5.3 SLK TT reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The effective date of the change will always be indicated in the terms and conditions. The Terms and Conditions are normally stored at https://royalpalace.therme.sk/.
5.4 These Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede in full any previous Loyalty Programme rules or terms and conditions.

If you work in a company with more than 49 employees, you are entitled to a recreation allowance from 1 January 2019, which you can also use at our hotel.
Simply select and book your stay, indicating in the notes that you would like an invoice for the holiday allowance. Ask for proof of payment at the end of your stay.
